The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. The price of a serving (about two people) is 19 Euro. In addition, I ordered kimchi pork soup 9.5 Euro, with homemade kimchi and rice. It tastes good, and it doesn't feel like MSG. However, the smell of frying in the store is very strong, and the clothes will smell of oily smoke when leaving the store :(

Favorite Asian restaurant in Hamburg. We had the Korean BBQ (both Pork and Beef) and it was delicious. The staff was nice and the prices really reasonable for the big portions. I’m definitely going to go there again to try out the fried chicken.

I trusted the review and ordered Jjajangmyeon Jjambbong.. Both were so bad that I was shocked;; I don't know what the chicken is like, but the Jjajangmyeon Jjambbong has no ingredients, especially the Jjambbong, there is no seafood;; You don’t even need to eat it Kimchi restaurant and champon were much better

Super delicious food! I can recommend the non-spicy fried chicken. The crispy breading is great. The glass noodles and rice cake are also great. The service was friendly and courteous too. Here you can eat well and cheaply!

The shop is relatively small but cozy, and the atmosphere is very nice. The waiting times for the dishes are around 20-40 minutes, as the managers prepare the food themselves and fresh. Price performance is very good! Typical Korean bibimbap and the chicken is fingerlicking good 👌

Fantastic place in Altona. Super tasty Korean food. Very easily. Not fancy. Down to earth. Don't be put off by the exterior, the food is well worth it. We will be back.

I love this shop! Super authentic Korean and a personable couple :) you feel like you are with your mother. Also not overpriced like other competitors in HH. In itself the very best Korean in Hamburg for me :) Reminds me of Arirang from Berlin :)))

First of all: the food is really delicious and simply original Korean. There are large portions for little money. However, it is simply a snack and is not very comfortable when you sit down, rather loud and you keep your food from yourself. But for the price, the food is great, the location may not be a place to sit down comfortably, but if you go to this Asian with the knowledge you will get authentic Korean cuisine from Koreans and maybe even look over the chef's shoulder for a moment. Collection is possible, but only cash payments are accepted.

Best Korean style fried chicken and many Korean dishes you can find in town! Do expect a bit of waiting but it’s worth it.

Super Korean Barbecue & Fried Chicken

We've tried Yangnyeom chicken and Samgyeopsal which came with various sides, and they were both great. And the lady is sweet. Price is reasonable. But the man... He's rude and a little creepy. When I asked for glasses he gave me a condescending "Ah?" and also he was just staring at us from the kitchen through a window until we realised, instead of saying the food was ready. He alone makes the entire experience much worse than it should be.

Self-service restaurant. The price is really good and daa food is great. Honestly, the food is almost better than in South Korea. Because they do not use much of spices. I have visited many different Korean restaurants in Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt and Hamburg, but here it is best. Because it's so easy, cheap and good !!!!

Very very good and authentic Korean food. Small simple snack, not much space. The simple decor, the open kitchen etc makes it feel great. The food is great! Toilets are not very inviting.

Does not look like much from the outside but this is a hidden gem! Authentic korean food and the fried chicken is out of this world. Just make sure that you are not wearing your best clothes, since you will smell like a fried chicken yourself after visiting this place :)

Chanpon is a good visual, but it lacks in richness. It probably does not contain any salt. Sweet and sour pork was crispy and crispy and hard.

Cash only! The food was delicious and authentic, and my favourite thing I ate in Hamburg. I had Korean fried chicken. All the bones were still in, making it extra flavourful. It came with a side of kimchi and pickled radish. The kimchi was a little bland so I didn't have much of it, but I didn't care since my order of chicken was huge. The owners speak no English at all, we got by with the little German we speak, and lots of miming. The lady especially was super friendly and accommodating. This truly is a hole in the wall, but I felt the atmosphere added to the charm of the place. You can pick your own drink from the fridge. They recommend having beer with the chicken, which I would have loved to try, but I still had to drive. I had a cola instead, from the small brand they offer. It's good, I recommend it. The only thing I'd change is the poor ventilation; prepare to have your clothes smelling of grease once you leave.

Nowadays, chicken and jelly noodles sold in Korea are incomparable. I was impressed by eating. Twice 20 years ago, the flavor of chicken flavor is still alive.

The kind of place I want to go to every day. Great affordable food, nice owners, don't mind if you bring your kid. The best kind of hole in the wall.

The BEST Korean restaurant so far. It doesn't look like it, but you get a lot of good Korean food here. The prices are awesome, as well as the elder pair preparing it. You also can see a lot of Korean people in there!

I was there with my Korean friends. We ordered fried chicken, seafood noodle soup and Korean wine. Everything is good!

Portion somewhat petty but surprisingly saturates. Unfortunately only with bones. In terms of price mediocre. The place is a little tight but comfortable to eat.

All kinds of Asian foods from different places, byt they're specialty to must try is the korean fried chicken. Beware a one order dish of this is huge. Shop owner is korean, and the concept is family styled, mights resemble to shops they have in asia. Best check ur times early, when this place can be crowded with korean people after working hours. And do not expect a quiet environment. All in all good food
